And for all the vegan enthusiasts, the go-to avocado in vegan poke bowls will be replaced with protein-rich tempeh, marinated in a mouthwatering blend of spicy, salty, and sweet dark soy sauce. Joey and Vannessa have also curated two new signature bowls: Samsui Chica and Tempeh-tress. The Samsui Chica bowl, priced at $11.90, tantalizes with cajun sweet potato, lime avocado, and egg whites, perfect for gym-goers seeking a burst of flavor. Meanwhile, the Tempeh-tress bowl, also priced at $11.90, caters to vegan eaters with a delightful combination of pomegranate, pickled green chillis, and smoked almonds. These signature bowls are exclusively available in the Regular size.

The light bowl, starting from $9.90 (previously $11.50), and the regular bowl, starting from $11.90 (previously $14.50), include non-sashimi protein choices, giving you more cost savings. The light bowl comes with 5 toppings and up to 2 garnishes, while the regular bowl lets you indulge in 7 toppings and 2 garnishes. Plus, the bowl sizes are larger than ever, providing ample space for you to mix up your poke bowl for a seamless dining experience.
