This upcoming March and April, the ilLido Group presents attractive new promotions and wine-pairing dining experiences for any occasion across the group’s four dining concepts : Amò, Braci, Levant, Southbridge.
Sitting along the gastronomic stretch of Hong Kong Street, Amò is a smart-casual Italian eatery and bar designed to be the perfect social destination where the best culinary influences from all parts of Italy come together, for groups of friends to gather over antipasti, big plates and pizzas. Amò offers a selection of fine wines, cocktails, beers and spirits to complement your meal, with Happy Hour discounts for lunch daily from 12pm – 2.30pm and dinner at 6pm to 8pm.
AVIGNONESI WINE DINNER
This 14 March, for one night only, Amò creates a special five-course menu honoring the everlasting commitment inspired by Avignonesi. Having grown over 175 hectares of vineyards, the Avignonesi winery is now one of Italy’s largest organic certified wine estates since its founding in 1974.
Priced at $128++ per person (online exclusive), head chef Gavin Gan and team present an exceptional five-course degustation dinner that serves the finest flavours of the season with the legendary winery’s most representative labels. Tickets are limited and can be purchased here.
AMARETTO DAY
As Amaretto day falls on the 19 April, for one week only from the 17 to 23 April, guests will be entitled to two $18 Amaretto cocktails available all week. This special promotion features Amaretto Sidecar which is a concoction of Amaretto, Whiskey, topped with Cranberry Juice and garnished with Mint. For guests looking for something stronger, the Amaretto Sunrise is also available at $18 and includes Rinomato Scuro, Amaretto, Pear Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Meringue and garnished with Dried Pear.
FREE FLOW APERITIF
Weekends are made merrier with the option for guests to enjoy endless pours of aperitif at $20 with any ala-carte main-course ordered during lunch from 12 pm to 230 pm. (Pizza not included). Guests are able to choose from a selection of seven aperitifs. This includes Lucano Mule which is a concoction of Amaro Lucano, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, Rinomato Spritz, a concoction of Rinomato Scuro, Prosecco, Cedrata Tassoni, Grapefruit. A perfect place for groups of friends to gather over a meal.
ISLAND-WIDE DELIVERIES & PICK-UPS
With several still working from home and hosting intimate house parties, island-wide deliveries and pick-ups are available at Amò. The delivery menu features the full variety of its exceptional antipasti, artisanal pizzas, pastas and woodfired grilled mains. Amò Pizzas are the product of patience, exceptional ingredients, and a deep understanding of the science behind a perfect pizza. Expertly crafted by chefs — some who have trained at the best pizza academy in Italy, others guided some two years of research on slow dough fermentation, cooking methods and meticulous sourcing for the most suitable types of flour — these woodfired items are a labour of love.
